
Audrey Tolson, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of The Tolson Firm, LLC. After spending 12 of her 20 years practicing law at The Cochran Firm Atlanta, Audrey founded the firm to serve the individuals and families of the Atlanta area.

Ms. Tolson received her undergraduate degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology where she was a founding member of the university's Pre-Law Society. She then went on to study law and obtain her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University.
Ms. Tolson has been a member of the state bar of Georgia since 1995. Over the years, she has litigated dozens of multi-million dollar cases to a successful resolution on behalf of her injured clients and their loved ones, including a record-breaking confidential eight-figure settlement with a quasi-governmental agency in a wrongful death case.
Ms. Tolson is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and The American Association of Justice. She has been invited into The Atlanta Trial Lawyers Society, and The National Trial Lawyers, both of which are elite and prestigious legal organizations honoring the accomplishments of dedicated Plaintiff's trial lawyers.
Her membership in the State Bar also space a number of section such as General Practice, Trial Law and Products Liability. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, as well as a member of The Lawyer's Club of Atlanta.
Ms. Tolson sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations, all of which she advises in their efforts to support and impact the lives of disadvantaged and at-risk children. She also is a regularly invited guest correspondent, providing legal commentary for local media outlets, including both radio and television.
